Do It Right!

Purpose: Our goal is to operate safer everyday with our people, equipment, and at the jobsite to have zero injuries or damages. We want a company culture where every employee shares that same goal and is empowered to be a leader on the team and drives for more safety.

Prize available: $3,000 per Crew, per quarter (shared equally)

Zero Incidents = $3,000 1 Incident = $1,500 2 Incidents = $750 3 or more = $0

An incident is defined as:
· Any marked utility damage
· Any preventable damage/repair to Arijet or public property that is over $500
· Any Asphalt job that must be redone (rework)
· Two Safety Inspection scores less than 90%

Eligibility: New hires must be employed with Arijet for at least ½ of the quarter to be eligible for the quarterly award. If a team member works with multiple crews, he will be part of the crew where he spent the most time. Employees must be employed on the day the award is paid out to receive it.

Contest Timing:
